
STEI Tazkia Students Won two Olympic Temilnas Islamic Economics in 2016. This Olympics is an event series of the National Scientific Meeting (TEMILNAS) were all held XV 2016 Friendship Forum of Islamic Economic Studies (FoSSEI) National.
FoSSEI is an association of Islamic Economics Study Group (KSEI) spread over hundreds of state and private universities in Indonesia. Participants are delegates from universities in both the archipelago from Sumatra, Kalimantan, Aceh, Sulawesi, Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, and other areas.
Temilnas XV 2016 is an annual grand event for the student activists of Islamic economics in Indonesia. The event, which runs from March 10 s.d March 13, 2016, located in Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University (UMY).
The enthusiasm of students to this event is huge. Both in the Olympics Islamic Economics, Debate Competition, National Symposium, National Seminar, as well as visits of Industrial Economics in Yogyakarta.
Student delegation from the organization Progres STEI Tazkia KSEI following the big event was attended by over 10 delegates. Activities with the theme "Revitalizing Social Capital in Rural Economic Development" with the aspirations of the Islamic economic activists from academics, industry, regulatory, and community can contribute in the economic development of Indonesia.
The series of Olympic activity consists of three parts, namely: the preliminary round, semi-final and final. Four teams made it through to the final round, the delegation of STEI Tazkia, STEI SEBI, Padjadjaran University, and UIE UIN Sumbagut. In this final round finalists were asked to study the case with the theme "Developing Village with Islamic Economics".
Then presented the results of discussions and tested by the jury. Delegation of STEI Tazkia won second place at the prestigious event every year, namely Mohammed Kowi (Accounting Islam), Khalid Imad (Accounting Islam), Astrid Aulia (Accounting Islam).
